91 eggs are safe in the incubators.
Jun 29th, 2008 | By admin | Category: Captive Facility Blog91 eggs are safe in the incubators. With more to come. Bitter and O R O have laid their eggs in some new top soil we put by the facility. While I was off the Isalnd int’l Volunteer Angie Gamber trapped a long-time free roamer “Wallflower” in an adjacent property and brought her to our facility. She, Wallflower, is pregnant and looks like she should lay her eggs very soon. I will continue with egg excavation when I get back to the programme on Sunday. Deciding where to put all the hatchling cages will be a priority in the coming weeks. Electricty, both hard wired and solar will be completed in the next few days.
